We work with other farmers in the Northern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania regions to help raise our pigs, and the Northern Ohio region to raise our crops. It takes a team of many to help produce the wholesome, quality pork and beef products that our farm produces. We have a network of over 300 growing partners that help make HORD happen each day, each having a part in helping to "feed families through sustainable food production". 

 

To assist in the process of raising the pigs from weaning to market, we partner with individuals and families to build nurseries and growing barns to house and care for these animals. We have nearly twenty years of beneficial partnership experience, and offer competitive agreements to help protect your investment risk. These partnerships are highly beneficial for those who also have land to apply the natural manure fertilizer onto, reducing commercial fertilizer costs, while helping increase yields. While we do have land that we grow some of our own crops on, we can only produce less than 10% of our needed grains to feed our animals. We partner with area farmers to purchase their grain.
